We don't work with travel agents. The only way to make a reservation is through this website or by WhatsApp. The reservation has to be made personally by the client who will be driving the car.

A valid driver's license from your home country is required. International driving permits are accepted but not mandatory for most nationalities.

We keep our cars in good condition, replacing them every 4 years. However, we don't want you to get stuck with a car you don't like.

1. We deliver the car as you requested — to the airport or to your hotel.
2. You check the car before paying the total.
3. You like it? Pay your total and keep the car.
4. You don't like it? No problem — we will cancel your reservation free of charge. That's a promise!

Yes, we offer free airport pick-up and drop-off with all our rentals.

We offer discounted rates for 2 weeks rentals and very good monthly rates. Please contact us for a custom quote as it depends on the car model and the season.

All payments are made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) upon car delivery. We accept cash only for now.

No security deposit is required. You only pay the rental amount upon delivery.

We will use the information you provide during the booking to track your flight and adjust the pick-up time in case of delays.

Upon arrival, please look for our representative holding a sign with your name. If you have any trouble locating us, feel free to call or message us at the contact number provided in your booking confirmation.

We will contact you prior to the pick-up to confirm the time and location. Please be ready at the agreed time to ensure a smooth handover. Our representative will meet you at the hotel lobby or another specified location.

Please return the car at the agreed drop-off time specified in your booking confirmation. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid any late return fees. We recommend allowing some extra time for drop-off to account for traffic or other unforeseen delays.

Fuel costs are not included in the rental price. You are responsible for refueling the car. The car will be delivered with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank.

Unlimited mileage means you can drive as much as you want without worrying about extra charges.

No, you are not allowed to take the car outside of Dakhla region without prior permission. If you plan to travel to other cities, please contact us in advance to discuss your plans and obtain the necessary authorization.
